So the request of you as a foreigner is necessary to apply for the claim and transfer of the fund smoothly into your reliable bank account as the NEXT OF KIN to the deceased.When the fund is transferred into your account,FOURTY PERCENT(40%) will be for you in an assistance and in provision of the bank account,while SIXTY PERCENT (60%) will be for me. We know that this mail will surely come to you as a surprise, since we have not seen or know each other before. We got your contact and have decided to get in touch with you after praying, to see if you can help us solve our problem.
We are writing you this letter with due respect and heart full of tears. We are from COTE D'IVOIRE,but i schooled in Ghana while my younger sister Joy, schooled in one of the French School in our Country. But i couldn't finish my education because of the thing of this world. We lost our mother when i was 6 years old and Joy was 3 years then, but we can't tell a story of our mother. We was living with our father after the death of our mother, before i traveled to Ghana to study, But i came back in the year two thousand and five (2005),when my younger sister called me and started telling me that my father is seriously ill.I came back just to see my father in the hospital, a healthy man, but was very down when i saw him in the hospital. I find out that he is not going to live long when he started giving me advice on his sick bed. He died after some days,i must tell you the comment of the doctor, who told me that he (MY FATHER) was poisoned, but i know that it must be my Uncle that poisoned my Father because of his wealth. I say this because, my Uncle collected all my father's belongings after his death and he is also using us as his maid, while his children are enjoying our father�s wealth. Our father's name is Mr.Desmond William,who was the Director General of Cocoa Export Corporation in Cote d Ivorie.
Now my Uncle has taken all my late father's properties. Which i later find out and ran out from our house with my younger sister Joy, because I know that he will ask me about the deposit document my late father use to deposit $8.7 Million US Dollars (EIGHT MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS), which he deposited in a Fixed/Suspense Account here in our country. And i was the next of kin as the only son. But he gave the Bank condition for the release of the fund, which are as follows:
(1)That I must be 23 years or above.
(2) That upon request for the release of the fund, there must be evidence of investment intentions especially outside the West Africa with contact of a foreign beneficiary to stand as a co-beneficiary.
Now our uncle is looking for us to collect all the documents that covers this money, note that my father told me that i should not give it to any body when he was in his sick bed in the hospital, or show it to any body but it should be the one that i trust who will help me to retrieve the money and invest this money properly, My spirit told me to contact you when i saw your email contact, that is why i contacted you to help us transfer this fund into your Bank account before our Uncle will find out were we are. And we will also come over to finish our studies why you will be investing the money in a lucrative areas.
Promise me that you will not betray the trust i have on you because this money is our only hope in this life, and moreover you will also help us to come over to your country were we will settle down for our life and invest this money and also further our education.
